There is a storm water drainage system running in front of a 17th century cottage. Anglian Water have conducted a CCTV survey of the public highway gully and have identified that storm water is not being collected properly (see photograph.) Advice from Anglian Water specifies that the left hand drain gully requires cleaning and the obstruction to be removed from the road. Please see Anglian Water report reference number 30081689. The listed building affected has no DPC and shallow footings and is at risk of flooding. The gatepost in the photograph has rotted away due to 4 years of flooding. The recommended life of the post is 10-15 years. The fabric of the building is also at risk. Historic England's advice is that the underground drainage systems of old buildings should always be investigated to assess their condition.

Large area of subsidence causing damage to undersides of cars (particularly non-4x4) and also dangerous to children cycling to school. Caused a child to fall off bike this morning. This is not the only area on Marstonfields road with subsidence and poor surface/ potholes. Please assess the whole of Marstonfields road.
Public pavement directly outside winslow Market Square car park, 30th September

There are a couple of bushes which are on the edge of the pavement directly outside the Winslow market square car park. They have got far too big and are partially blocking the pavement. Also, they make it very difficult for cars exiting the car park to see oncoming traffic. They need cutting back to improve the safety of pedestrians and drivers

Report Reference 10106743 is not satisfactorily resolved. My rainwater drain has been blocked with mortar at the kerb and the pipework broken and blocked under the pavement. This follows numerous street works outside the property. I want this made good and the matter resolved to my satisfaction.

I tripped over the pertruding square cover embedded in the pavement right outside th White House dentist., 24th September

The utility cover in question is raised the concrete that cements it into the pavement has come away. I live at top end of High Street. On Saturday 19th September around lunchtime I was walking at a slow pace down the High Street when I tripped, which resulted in me falling to the ground, landing heavily on my knee and arm on my right side. Therefore unable to get up, I was assisted by two very kind delivery men that dtopped and parked up to help me.
