There is damage to the bridge GRA/9505 on footpath GRA/6/1 where the mesh covering the bridge plank has broken off, so it is very easy to trip when walking over the bridge and accidentally getting ones foot under the mesh covering.

One stile post is fully rotted, and therefore moves when you try to mount the stile. It is in imminent danger of collapse. If it did collapse when someone is attempting to use the stile there is a steep slope on one side which would make a fall damaging. A number of walkers are now unable to use that footpath due to concern over getting over the stile.

There are multiple potholes. some tyre bursting in shape and depth, the lenth of this neglected road. Along with this, there are areas of failed road, where car sumps scrape the ground, and areas where the pull offs have very large, trye damaging holes, which in winter may cause cars to become stuck. The latter happened after Green End was signed by the council as a diversion. A number of local residents without a 4x4s now avoid this road becuase of the danger to their cars

The repair recently done to GRA/9505 (rotted sleeper replaced with built up earth crossing the ditch) should really be replaced with a new sleeper as the area floods and is very muddy, making it a difficult and dangerous ditch to traverse.

The hedge around the 'Green' in Sovereign Close has not been cut in 2025 or 2026. On 12 Jan 2026 Buckinghamshire Council representatives did a site visit and confirmed it needs urgently cutting with the tractor.Please could this be looked into and prioritised urgently as it is a hazard to the young children who play there. Please ensure the hedge cutting tractor is sent to ensure that it is cut down to an appropriately low level.

There are horses that are agressive in manner and being used to prevent public right of way on this land. There is also signs of attempted prevention in the form of lumber blockage, build up of animal waste and rubbish and locks as well as damage to signage to disclose the public right of way clearly. This has been reported previously by numerous users and the land owner spoke with to no avail!

Wood is rotting and causing it to bow. When wet this is very dangerous and needs replacing urgently. Two elderly people fell today and this has already been reported previously. A public right of way means accessible to all users and presently this is not accessible to all.

Previously, in November 2024, two car loads of garden waste dumped over fence by occupant of 12 Church Lane. I wrote to the perpetrator and asked him not to do this, explaining it is defined as fly tipping. he persists in throwing garden waste over the fence, and acted aggressively when asked not to do so.

The footpath that goes to the fields from opposite the pub GRA/6/1 has a bridge made of sleepers (furniture reference GRA9505). The bridge has deteriorated further and is a significant hazard to walkers. it is at an angle and has rotted in the centre. it is over a ditch. So it now needs urgent repair.
